Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

By placing an order with Clean Cut Catering, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions form the entire basis of the agreement between you and Clean Cut Catering.

2. Quotations and Bookings

All quotations provided by Clean Cut Catering are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation, unless otherwise stated. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. Final payment is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify Clean Cut Catering in writing. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking cost. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will result in 100% of the booking cost being charged.

4. Dietary Requirements and Allergies

Clean Cut Catering will make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies. However, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens. It is your responsibility to inform us of any specific dietary requirements at least 14 days before the event.

5. Liability

Clean Cut Catering accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss to property or personal injury sustained by any person as a result of the services provided, unless due to our negligence.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
